Biographical Information

Meredith is a Licensed Master Social Worker who was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. She received her Bachelor’s degree at Salisbury University. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree, she moved to Wilmington, DE where she attended West Chester University to obtain her Master’s degree in Social Work. She has extensive experience in early intervention, group therapy, and helping children/families navigate life long illnesses such as cancer and organ transplant. After graduating with her Master’s in Social Work, Meredith worked at Nemours / A.I. DuPont Hospital where she was the kidney and liver transplant social worker. Meredith recognizes that everyday life can bring on challenges and wants to help build on your strengths as you navigate life’s challenges. She utilizes a holistic approach that takes into consideration all aspects of one’s life, using a variety of methods such as, a strength based approach, CBT techniques, and family systems theories.

In 2021 Meredith moved back to the Eastern Shore to be closer to her family. She currently resides in Federalsburg with her husband and son. In her free time Meredith loves spending time with her family, listening to music, being outdoors, and cooking.
